How Our Process Works

We keep our process simple and stress-free. It begins with your idea or brief, where we’ll either tailor one of our existing designs or create a brand-new piece from scratch. Once every detail is agreed, our team prepares drawings for your approval before moving into production.

To help you choose the perfect finish, material samples can be sent out on request. We also offer video calls to showcase specific materials and discuss your project in detail — especially useful for our international clients.

How Long Does It Take?

There’s no fixed timescale for the design stage, as we work at your pace to ensure your piece meets every requirement. Once your order is confirmed with a 50% deposit, production and delivery typically take 6-8 weeks, with installation arranged in the room of your choice.
