We try and keep things as simple and as easy as possible to take your stress away. We start with your idea or brief and either tailor one of our existing products or design your new piece from scratch, agreeing to all the details for us to then prepare drawings for approval prior to production.
Material samples can be sent out upon request, and we also conduct video calls if you have ordered a particular material and wish to see the detail and talk through your project. This is really useful for international customers.
We do not have a set timescale for the front-end design stage as it is really important that we work at your pace to ensure we meet your requirements and exact specifications. Once you are ready to confirm your order with a 50% deposit, we typically allow 4-6 weeks to deliver and install your new furniture in your room of choice.
