Material Guide

The Roma Quartz Dining Table is a timeless design that blends classic proportions with refined craftsmanship.

Featuring two solid pedestal bases supporting a rectangular quartz tabletop, the Roma creates a balanced and elegant centrepiece for both contemporary and traditional dining spaces.

The quartz surface offers exceptional durability while maintaining a luxurious stone aesthetic, making it ideal for everyday dining and entertaining alike.

To offer a more traditional look, a built-up edge detail adds depth and presence to the tabletop, complemented by a matching border trim at the base of each pedestal to enhance its architectural character.

Each Roma Quartz Dining Table is expertly crafted to order, with bespoke sizing available to suit your space. For larger tables exceeding 3 metres in length, a third pedestal base is incorporated to ensure optimal strength, stability and long-lasting support.

Quartz is an engineered stone surface created by combining natural quartz minerals with resins and pigments to produce a highly durable and consistent material. Designed to replicate the beauty of natural stone, such as marble, quartz offers a smooth, refined finish with excellent resistance to stains, scratches and everyday wear. Its non-porous surface makes it hygienic and easy to maintain, making quartz a popular choice for dining tables, worktops and furniture where both practicality and elegant design are important.

Sintered stone is an advanced surface material often chosen as a refined alternative to replica marble or faux marble finishes. Manufactured using natural minerals and intense heat to create a highly durable porcelain-based surface, it offers the aesthetic appeal of marble with enhanced strength and performance. Unlike traditional porcelain alone, sintered stone is engineered for superior resistance to UV exposure, stains, moisture and temperature changes, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. Combining the look of natural stone with modern innovation, it delivers timeless style with practical longevity.

Quartz
is a premium engineered stone that beautifully replicates the look of natural marble, offering a luxurious marble-effect surface with exceptional durability. Made from natural quartz minerals combined with resins and pigments, it creates a strong, non-porous stone surface that resists stains, scratches and everyday wear. As a result, quartz furniture and dining tables provide the elegance of marble with far lower maintenance, making it a practical and stylish choice for modern interiors.

Marble is a timeless natural stone prized for its elegant veining and luxurious appearance, making it a popular choice for marble dining tables, coffee tables and statement furniture. Each piece of marble is completely unique, with natural patterns and colour variations formed over millions of years. Known for its classic beauty and refined character, natural marble furniture brings sophistication and warmth to both contemporary and traditional interiors, creating a striking focal point in any space.

Granite is an exceptionally durable natural stone known for its strength, resilience and distinctive mineral patterns. Formed deep within the earth, granite offers outstanding resistance to heat, scratches and everyday wear, making it an excellent choice for granite dining tables and stone furniture designed for long-term use. With its rich textures and natural depth of colour, granite furniture combines practicality with bold natural beauty, making it well suited to both indoor living spaces and outdoor environments.

Travertine is a distinctive natural stone celebrated for its soft, earthy tones and organic texture, making it a beautiful choice for travertine dining tables, coffee tables and stone furniture. Formed by mineral deposits over thousands of years, travertine naturally contains small cavities and subtle surface variations that give each piece its unique character. Even when the stone is filled and finished, these delicate pores can gradually reappear over time, contributing to the material’s authentic, lived-in charm. As it ages, travertine furniture develops a natural patina, allowing the stone to wear gracefully and evolve with the space, making every piece truly one of a kind.
