Absolutely. Just pop us an email, fill in the contact form or give us a call and one of our experts will be able to assist you with your requirements.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Yes! Shipping to outside of the UK will need to be quoted for, so it would be best to get in touch with us at Steve Bristow Furniture to get this arranged.
Is the marble you use authentic/natural marble?
Steve Bristow Furniture is committed to using genuine, quality marble that is sourced sustainably.
What is your lead time from order to delivery?
From receipt of order to point of delivery, it is currently estimated to be 6-8 weeks unless otherwise stated at point of order.
Do you have a showroom, so I am able to visit and choose my material?
Yes, we are based in Kingsteignton, Newton Abbot, UK. If you are unable to visit the showroom, we are able to arrange samples to be sent FOC to help you decide on your perfect stone choice. We are also able to send videos/images or even jump on a video call to show you around our yard.
Does stone need particular cleaning products?
Yes, upon delivery our team will issue a care guide with maintenance instructions and any natural stone items will always be given a care kit and instructions to support you in taking care of your furniture.

Can I completely bespoke a piece of furniture?
Of course, we love creating bespoke items! It is suggested that you collect some inspiration images for designs and dimensions, and get in touch through our online form, social media, telephone or email. From there, one of our experts will be in touch to help bring your ideas to life!
Do you offer lights on your tables?
Yes — our Chateau Coffee Table range comes with built-in LED lighting as an option when purchasing. You can choose between warm white or cool white lighting to suit your space.
When placing your order, simply let us know whether you’d prefer the LEDs to be plug-in or battery operated, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What is the delivery process?
Once your order is placed, our team will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe. Around one to two weeks before delivery, we’ll confirm your exact delivery date and offer an estimated time slot.
All of our tables are delivered with a white glove installation service as standard, unless alternative arrangements are made at the time of ordering.
If your items need to be delivered into storage, we can crate and prepare them for safe transit — this must be arranged when the order is placed.
Where do you deliver your tables?
We offer worldwide delivery on all our furniture. For orders outside of the UK, simply contact our team and we’ll provide a tailored delivery quote based on your location.
Do you have any in-stock ready to go items?
Yes! You can browse all of our currently available pieces in the ‘Available Now’ section on our shop page.
I need a specific delivery date, is this possible?
In most cases, yes. While we cannot guarantee exact dates, we will always do our very best to meet your preferred delivery timeframe. If you require a quick turnaround or have a time-sensitive project, simply get in touch with our team — we’ll work closely with you to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
I have stained or damaged the table I have purchased with you, can you fix it?
We assess all damage on a case-by-case basis, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions. If something has happened to your table, please get in touch with us and our team will review the issue and advise on the best next steps.
To help prevent damage in the future, we recommend referring to the care guides provided at delivery and bookmarking the care information available on our website.
Please note, depending on the nature of the damage, fees may apply.
I already have stone worktops, can I match my furniture to this?
In many cases, yes. It depends on the type of stone you already have installed.
If your worktops are sintered stone or quartz, please send us photos or the brand and colour name, and our team can advise on the closest possible match.
If your worktops are marble or granite, we can source the same type of stone. However, as these are natural materials, please note that variations in colour, veining, and pattern are completely normal and to be expected.
